Keeping the right balance of your spa water is necessary as balancers control scale, adjust pH & total alkalinity, and correct mineral imbalances. At Spa Headquarters, we offer a wide variety of Leisure Time balancers to use in your spa.
You are able to balance your water by testing pH, alkaline, and calcium hardness. These elements are important as they prevent cloudy water, skin irritation, equipment corrosion, and more.
Different Leisure Time Balancers
Leisure Time offers six different types of balancers for your spa water. We have outlined the specific products below and how they positively affect your water balance:
Leisure Time Liquid Spa Down : Lowers the pH and total alkalinity in your spa water. Liquid Spa Down is compatible with bromine, chlorine, and biguanide sanitizers.
Leisure Time Liquid Spa Up : Offers precise control of the adjustment of your spa or hot tub’s pH level. Liquid Spa Up is compatible with bromine, chlorine and biguanide sanitizers.
Leisure Time pH Balance : Unique formula that locks in pH levels between 7.2 and 7.8, while eliminating pH drift. Eliminates the need to adjust your spa pH on an ongoing basis. Product is compatible with chlorine, bromine, ozone and mineral purification systems.
Additionally, due to the unique buffering capacity, it is not necessary to adjust the calcium level in the spa.
Leisure Time Calcium Booster : Raises the level of water hardness in your spa, which will prevent foaming and corrosion of your equipment. Product is compatible with chlorine, bromine, ozone, and biguanide sanitizers. Use in soft water areas only.
Leisure Time pH Balance Plus : Unique formula that adjusts and locks in the proper pH level of spa water. This product can be used in hard water and will last from refill to refill, eliminating the need to adjust pH levels regularly. Product is compatible with chlorine, bromine, ozone, and mineral purification systems.
Leisure Time Alkalinity Increaser : Formulated to increase total alkalinity safely and effectively. The concentrated granular formula allows for granular water balancing. The ideal range of total alkalinity for a spa is 80-120 ppm. Product is compatible with all sanitizers including bromine, chlorine, and biguanide.
